Beaches – visit the numerous beaches on the island, from the Grand Case beach (walking distance) to Orient Beach (7 minute drive) to Baie Rouge . . . . The famed Orient Beach offers water activities; numerous beachside bar-restaurants and tremendous people watching.

Shopping – Duty free shopping abounds in both Phillipsburg (the Dutch side capital) and Marigot (the French side capital).

Zip Lines or Hiking – Loterie Farms – a rainforest within St. Martin

Water Sports – available both on Orient Beach and on Grand Case Beach

Boat Excursions – available at activities desk (open to all) at Grand Case Beach Club

Horseback Riding – available at Galleon Beach and also on the Dutch side

Butterfly Farm – tour the butterfly farm on road to Galleon Beach

Casinos – the Dutch side has numerous casinos for your entertainment pleasure

Carnival – both the Dutch and French side offer a Carnival at different times in the high season. Parades and activities abound.

Fort St. Louis – John & Cyndi’s favorite is to drive/walk up to Fort St. Louis in Marigot which offers captivating views from a historical structure. Free.
